I am an Entrepreneur
My name is Temitope
Temitope is an entrepreneur, inventor, yogi, and vegan. Intrigued by the cerebral overlap with the work of software developers and yogis, Temitope delved deeply into the study and practice of yoga. These studies dovetail with his interests in veganism, ancient civilizations, and the history of African Americans within the context of humanity’s historical origin.

Wonderful class that I’ve already repeated. It would be amazing if Temitope had more than 3 videos up here!

This is practicing yoga to a very high degree. Where the simplest most seemingly inoffensive pose feels like an obstacle coarse. It is the obstacles within ourselves that we are hurdling over. I love the emphasis on breath form, breath, alignment, mindfully holding everything up in synch. Bring your full intention to it and feel the physical and emotional demands of this practice.

Round ∞ Day 275: P90X A&S. “Keep Your Heart Open” With Temitope. Nothing particularly astounding about the flow itself, but the man really infuses his practices with so much heart.I will keep coming back to his classes for the way they make me feel-min, body, spirit. Namaste~

Terrific! Loved the instruction. The slower introductions to the poses then the faster flow. I really appreciated the good cueing and form instruction. Thank you Temitope!

Enjoyed this practice very much! Starts gently, then builds with some warrior flows to a nice core sequence and side-arm planks and guides you into crow pose, when you’re ready. Focus on breath is never forgotten. I’ll be coming back to this one!

This was truly something! Slow past and so effective! Really good!

Get this guy some more video spots! Amazing instruction, the pace even though slow felt right the whole time. Really enjoyed it and want more of the same.
